Basic Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field
- 10 years of accounting/finance experience, with exposure to general accounting, AR, AP, payroll, and fixed assets
- Open to Senior Accountants with strong end-to-end accounting experience and readiness to take on a leadership role
- Strong working knowledge of GAAP, including revenue recognition, accruals, estimates, and reserves
- Experience using large ERP systems (implementation, optimization, or daily operations)
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, reconciliations)
- Proven experience overseeing General Accounting, Accounts Receivable (AR), and Accounts Payable (AP)
- Hands-on experience managing month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
- Ability to work independently, own deadlines, and manage multiple priorities
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day general accounting operations, including AR, AP, payroll accounting, and fixed assets
- Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
- Prepare and review financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Manage account reconciliations, roll-forwards, and complex journal entries
- Ensure proper revenue recognition based on contract type (POC, T&M, or project-based accounting)
- Monitor and manage WIP, backlog, utilization metrics, and job cost tracking
- Maintain and govern the chart of accounts and general ledger structure
- Oversee fixed assets, depreciation, payroll accounting, and benefits accruals
- Calculate and monitor overhead rates, FAR/indirect rate structures, and cost allocations
- Drive process improvements and workflow automation across AP, AR, and close activities
- Partner with leadership to anticipate risks, resolve issues proactively, and support business decisions
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and audit requirements

Pay: Php90,000.00 - Php185,000.00 per month
