Role Overview
We are seeking Finance Controller for CTO – Global Infrastructure to join our growing team based in Makati Philippines
In this role, as an etended global finance team, you will connect with diverse stakeholders worldwide, providing financial analysis and performance analysis, and decision support to enable sustainable business growth and operational ecellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting (Global Infrastructure) in compliance with global standards.
- Monitor cost charging and allocations, Invoice Analysis, and efficiency metrics.
- Support transformation projects and process improvements.
What We’re Looking For
Technical Skills
- Strong conceptual knowledge of finance and accounting, including SO Reporting. FP&A background is an advantage as this will have strong interaction with controllers
- Highly Technical, Proficiency in PeopleSoft and Ecel (Advanced), Power Query and Power BI is plus
- Business Acumen, good understanding the Technology and Infrastructure domain, including Software Business
- Quality Management, attention to details to ensure reliability of data and drive to continuous improvement to sustain.
Soft Skills
- Communications Skills, Ability to work with senior leaders and global controllers to drive reliable financial information and reporting.
- Global Mindset: Eperience in multinational organizations with diverse stakeholders and cross-border collaboration.
- Thrives in High-Pressure Environments: Comfortable managing competing priorities and delivering results under tight deadlines.
- Analytical Thinking: Skilled in interpreting comple data and presenting clear recommendations.
- Communication & Influence: Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.

- Collaboration: Team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field, E- perience in banking, particularly Retail and Wholesale Banking, is a plus
- Professional certifications (CPA, CMA, CFA) are an advantage. Minimum 3–5 years of relevant e
- perience in Finance and Accounting, in a multinational Banking and IT company.
- Passion for continuous improvement and driving efficiency through automation.
