Role Overview

The Finance Controller will oversee the entire finance department operations across the group, ensuring excellence in all core functions — accounting, FP&A, treasury, compliance, and risk management. Partnering closely with the CFO and Finance Directors, this role ensures accurate reporting, governance, and strategic insights aligned with global standards. You will also lead a team of 9 finance professionals, fostering capability growth and operational excellence while engaging in IPO projects and capital markets readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all finance functions of the group, driving operational excellence across accounting, FP&A, compliance, and risk.
• Ensure IFRS audit readiness and statutory governance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Strengthen treasury controls, cash flow management, and intercompany reconciliations.
• Support CFO in fundraising, capital allocation, investor relations, and IPO projects.
• Align reporting with Nasdaq standards and global best practices.
• Lead and mentor a team of 9 finance professionals, building capability and continuous improvement.
