The Finance Coordinator will support our solar project financing process by preparing, reviewing, and submitting projects to various financing partners. You will work closely with operations and customer support teams to ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted in a timely manner.


Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit solar project financing packages to approved finance companies.
  • Review project documents (contracts, proposals, utility bills, IDs, credit applications, install photos, etc.) for accuracy and completeness.
  • Track submission statuses and ensure any outstanding items are resolved quickly.
  • Serve as the point of contact between the company and finance partners regarding submissions, approvals, and funding requirements.
  • Maintain organized digital records of all finance submissions and approvals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project information aligns with finance company requirements.
  • Collaborate with customer support as needed to gather missing documentation or clarify discrepancies.
  • Assist with process improvements to streamline finance-related workflows.


Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy—this is essential.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with standard office software (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.).
  • Preferred: Experience in solar administration, financing, or construction-related documentation.


Qualifications:

  • High school or equivalent required, some college preferred.
  • Construction industry experience preferred.
  • Solar industry experience preferred.
  • Sales communication experience preferred.
  • Driver’s license required.
