Your Challenge

The Finance Data Analyst will be primarily responsible for providing business insights through the development of advanced visualization applications (MS Power BI, Power Apps), act as key point of contact for all Business Intelligence applications and ensure up to date maintenance of the applications and ensure data integrity of tools and dashboards including responsibility for master data governance.

As a Finance Data Analyst some of your main activities will be:

  • Supporting in the development of new advanced visualization dash boards and KPI reports for the EP organization using Power BI, Excel, Power Apps;
  • Generating meaningful insights from data that assist in decision making, in the management of the business and in strategy execution;
  • Acting as the key point of contact for all BI related tools in Finance and IT department. Maintain the applications up to date and ensure good master data governance;
  • Ensuring that business partners receive transparent, reliable and context relevant data for decision making;
  • Helping to identify and highlight issues affecting business performance or opportunities for improvement;
  • Supporting the implementation of process improvements and new business applications across the Business;
  • Handling priorities effectively, ensuring timely, efficient and accurate execution.
  • Ongoing review/clean-up of tools, dashboards and master data (Governance);

Required entry qualifications:

  • You are less than 30 years old, in accordance with the Italian apprenticeship contract
  • A bachelor or a master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Management Engineering or similar
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Power BI
  • Proficiency in English and Italian
  • Previous experience in data analytics will be considered a plus
  • SAP R/3 (SPIRIDON) knowledge and Power Apps will be considered a plus
  • Results-driven approach with high attention to detail
  • Excellent analytics and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Intellectual curiosity with a passion to never stop growing
  • Drive for process improvement, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Eligibility to work in Italy

For apprenticeship contracts, the indicative gross annual salary range is between €28,475 and €35,700, depending on the candidate’s educational background. The apprenticeship program includes defined salary steps: compensation increases progressively based on seniority and the acquisition of skills, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL).
