Job Description
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor creations, Accounts Payable invoices and payments
- Review accounting entries of Accounts Payable invoices to ensure accurate posting of expense types, department codes and product codes
- Review vendor engagement reports and act on overdue open items
- Ensure company policies and procedures are always adhered to
- Perform other ad hoc assignments and tasks as and when requested by management
Job Requirements
- Possess minimum Diploma in Finance / Business Administration / Accountancy or equivalent
- Minimum 1-3 years of working experience in Accounts Payable. Fresh graduate with positive attitude will be considered
- Highly motivated, detailed and result-oriented person
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to interact at all levels and work independently in a fast-paced and high volume environment
