Finance Head

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Finance Head to lead our financial operations and ensure the company's financial health. The ideal candidate is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of financial planning, risk management, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the company’s financial health, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial reporting standards, and internal controls.
• Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risk.
• Lead the finance team in preparing accurate financial statements and reports.
• Provide financial insights and strategies to support business growth.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
• Develop policies and procedures to improve financial efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

✔ Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – Required
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (MBA is an advantage).
✔ At least 5-7 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a similar leadership role.
✔ Strong knowledge of financial management, tax laws, and compliance regulations.
✔ Experience with financial software and ERP systems.
✔ Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
✔ Willing to work in Alabang.
