Finance Head

We are seeking a Finance Head or Controller to ensure accurate financial reporting, governance, and audit readiness. You will lead accounting teams, drive process improvements, and optimize ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee accounting functions: P2P, O2C, inventory, cost, and general accounting
• Ensure timely financial reporting and audit readiness
• Drive ERP optimization and process automation
• Lead and develop finance team and governance frameworks

Requirements:

• CPA with 10+ years in finance/accounting, 5+ in leadership
• Strong IFRS/GAAP, internal controls, and ERP/SAP experience
