Finance Intern (Potential For Full-Time Conversion)

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible finance intern to support our bookkeeping and day-to-day financial operations. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates with a background in finance or accounting who are eager to gain hands-on experience in fund operations or an investment startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the organization and maintenance of financial records and documentation.
• Follow up on bookkeeping matters and liaise with external accountants, auditors, and tax advisors.
• Support preparation of payment instructions, expense claims, and related documents.
• Help reconcile accounts and assist in preparing basic internal ledgers or financial reports.
• Provide general operational and administrative support as needed.

Requirements

• Background in Finance, Accounting, or related fields (current student or recent graduate)
• Highly detail-oriented, responsible, and organized
• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets with basic data handling skills
• Comfortable reading English-language financial documents and communicating in English
• Basic understanding of accounting principles; familiarity with Singapore / Cayman / HK financial procedures is a plus.
