Finance Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Executive to join our team in the construction sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with the ability to effectively manage financial operations, analyze data, and support strategic decision-making. Proficiency in speaking Chinese is highly preferred, as the role may involve communication with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.

#### *Key Responsibilities:*

- *Financial Reporting:* Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Ensure timely submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

- *Budgeting and Forecasting:* Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts. Monitor actual performance against budgets and provide variance analysis to management.

- *Accounts Payable and Receivable:* Manage accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing, payment disbursement, and collections.

- *Cash Flow Management:* Monitor and manage the company’s cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for ongoing operations and project requirements.

- *Financial Analysis:* Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions, including cost analysis, project profitability, and investment appraisal.

- *Compliance:* Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards, including tax filings and statutory reporting requirements.

- *Audit Support:* Assist in the preparation of documentation and responses for internal and external audits.

- *Communication:* Liaise with various departments, external vendors, and clients to ensure smooth financial operations. Communicate financial information clearly and effectively, including in Chinese when necessary.

- *Process Improvement:* Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and implement best practices to improve efficiency.

#### *Qualifications:*

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

- Professional qualifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are an advantage.

- Proven experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably within the construction sector.

- Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.

- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Chinese is highly preferred.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $4,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
