As our global business continues to grow and thrive, we're excited to expand our Finance team with the newly created position of Finance Manager. You’ll work closely with our already amazing global finance team, taking responsibility for the monthly management reporting for both our UK and NL entities. Additionally, you’ll provide support to the Finance department and business teams in both the UK and NL as needed.

What you will do:

• Managing a timely compilation of month end management reporting (GL/BS reconciliations) of the UK and NL entities.
• Completing a thorough review of monthly P&L and providing insight into significant movements/variances.
• Ownership of Income and Withholding Tax preparation and filings. Working closely with external tax accountants.
• Preparation and submission of periodic VAT tax returns to our local accountants.
• Scanning, Coding, Reviewing and approving invoices in the AP system (Esker).
• Creditor/Supplier setups.
• Fixed Asset Management in the FA system (VIA).
• Support Customer Credit Application reviews and allocation of Credit to Customers. Working closely with the Credit Controller.
• Payroll support where needed.
• Compilation of annual cost budget.
• Lead the annual audit process for UK and NL entities.
• Provide support by additional tasks relating to financial management of the other AS Colour entities.

What you will have:

• Bachelor's degree or higher tertiary qualification in Finance or Accounting
• Starting or currently studying towards CA/CPA/CIMA/ACCA or equivalent professional qualification.
• Advanced understanding of NL/EU distribution VAT and OSS, UK basic understanding is advantageous.
• Demonstrates sound application of accounting concepts and standards.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Competency with ERP systems and adapting to new software (Excel – Intermediate).
• Bilingual in Dutch and English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence to deal with a range of stakeholders both internal and external.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise a demanding workload.
• Approachable nature and professional manner.
• Has the right to live and work in the EU permanently with a current and valid passport.
