In this role, you’ll be key to structuring and managing our financial processes across multiple locations where we currently operate and plan to grow, providing essential oversight and insight to support our mission. ️ What will be your mission?
As Finance Manager, you will ensure robust financial management and operational control across our entities. This is a high-responsibility, standalone role within our internal team, working closely with external accountants and across departments to support data-driven decision-making. Your core responsibilities include:
Daily Finance Operations:
- Coordinate with outsourced accountants to maintain accurate bookkeeping across all entities.
- Oversee day-to-day finance operations, managing bank reconciliations, intercompany payments, and ensuring all transactions are accurately categorized.
- Ensure compliance with international accounting standards and maintain a consistent approach to account classifications and ledgers across entities.
- Monitor cash positions and oversee the accounts payable and receivable ledgers, swiftly resolving outstanding items.
Monthly Closing, Reporting, and Controls:
- Perform monthly close activities across all entities, ensuring timely and accurate financial completion.
- Prepare key financial data for reporting, such as revenue deferrals and stock reporting, ensuring accurate financial statements.
- Analyze monthly results against budgets, flagging any significant deviations and implementing checks to maintain data integrity.
Business Analysis:
- Conduct financial analyses to inform cost control and support growth initiatives across regions.
- Support operational reporting to track key financial metrics such as ARR, net revenue retention, and churn, aligning finance with business goals.
Strategic Growth and System Improvements:
- Partner with the Head of Finance to develop scalable processes that support our growth.
- Drive efficiency by analyzing and improving current financial systems, ensuring cost control and consistent reporting.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, HR, and other teams as a finance business partner, supporting financially sound decision-making across departments.

Who are you?
You are someone who combines meticulous attention to detail with a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset. Ideally, you have:
- Preferably Master degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics.
- 2 - 5 years of experience in accounting or controlling/finance, ideally from a Big 4 consulting firm or another structured environment.
- A thorough understanding of operational finance and a commitment to exceeding industry standards.
- Proficiency in financial processes and reporting, month-end closing, and reconciliation.
- Analytical and communication skills: You’re skilled at drawing insights from data and conveying them clearly to stakeholders.
- A drive to learn: You may not know everything in this role description, but you’re motivated to dive in, learn quickly, and make an impact
- Mindset: You have a can-do attitude, balancing attention to detail with a big-picture view. You’re motivated to handle both routine tasks and broader responsibilities with ease.
Location: This position is based in Oslo with a hybrid work model. You’ll report to the Head of Finance and collaborate with cross-functional teams across our international entities.
The expected salary range for this position is NOK 700 000 - 800 000. The listed expected salary range represents a good faith estimate and the actual pay may depend on a variety of job-related factors that can include experience, education and skills.
