We are excited to partner with KNDS Canada on their search for a Finance Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of financial planning, forecasting, and reporting for KNDS Canada.

• Manage month-end and year-end closing activities and liaise with external auditors.

• Prepare and present regular financial statements, reports, and KPIs to leadership.

• Lead annual budget planning, cash flow management, and variance analysis.

• Ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate policies.

• Monitor and support cost accounting processes and project-based financial tracking.

• Collaborate with procurement, contracts, and operations to ensure fiscal alignment.

• Assist with intercompany transactions and consolidation reporting for the KNDS Group.

• Support due diligence, risk analysis, and financial inputs for business proposals.

• Travel domestically and internationally as needed for meetings, audits, and reporting

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA designation strongly preferred).

• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 in a leadership or managerial capacity.

• Strong knowledge of Canadian GAAP and financial reporting standards.

• Proficiency in financial tools such as QuickBooks, Power BI, and other similar tools.

• Experience in defense, aerospace, manufacturing, or government contracting is an asset.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.

• Bilingual (English/French) is an asset but not required.

• Available immediately or on short notice.
