Job Summary:

We’re seeking a Finance Manager to lead strategic finance initiatives across client engagements while also supporting core accounting operations. This client-facing role requires deep financial modeling expertise, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial strategies clearly to founders, investors, and boards. In addition to driving forecasting, budgeting, and capital planning, you’ll help establish and streamline accounting systems and reporting. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain robust 3-statement financial models, valuations, and performance dashboards.
  • Support transaction execution through LOI review, pro forma modeling, and QofE-style analysis.
  • Develop quarterly forecasts and scenario-based planning models.
  • Lead budgeting processes and integrate bottom-up operating assumptions.
  • Analyze capital structure strategies and assess alternative financing options.
  • Create board-ready financial presentations and investor-facing pitch decks.
  • Manage data room financial content and coordinate responses to diligence inquiries.
  • Collaborate with client teams on CIMs, outreach strategy, and bidder management.
  • Partner with founders and internal analysts to deliver strategic outputs using tools like Power BI, HubSpot, and Otter.
  • Standardize deliverables and processes across engagements to enhance quality and efficiency.

Accounting and Operational Finance Responsibilities:

  • Set up and maintain accounting books, including chart of accounts, opening balance sheet, and invoicing workflows.
  • Implement and optimize accounting systems, with preferred experience in Zoho and/or QuickBooks.
  • Reconcile and clean up historical financial data to align with tax filings (e.g., 2023 tax return tie-outs).
  • Finalize monthly, quarterly, and year-to-date financials, including 2024 and April 2025 performance, and perform cost reviews to identify savings opportunities.
  • Oversee ongoing accounting operations: accounts payable, contractor and payroll processes, cash reconciliation, and regular financial reporting (daily, weekly, monthly).
  • Coordinate with external accountants or tax advisors as needed to support compliance and audit readiness.

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA or CFA preferred.
  • 5–10 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or consulting.
  • Advanced Excel modeling skills with a strong foundation in strategic financial analysis.
  • Proven experience supporting capital raises, M&A, and board-level communication.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and hands-on experience with bookkeeping and financial systems.
  • High autonomy and adaptability in fast-paced, client-driven environments.
  • Strong collaboration and project execution skills across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Opportunity for hybrid schedule with overlap with CST hours.

Preferred but Not Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in sell-side transaction support and investor relations.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, HubSpot, Otter, and accounting platforms like Zoho or QuickBooks.
  • Background in standardizing templates, finance workflows, and scaling operational finance processes.

Pay: Php80,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month
