Finance Manager

Role Overview:
The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial health and operations of MCC Finance, ensuring effective management of funds, compliance with regulatory standards, and strategic financial planning to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management:

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
• Analyze financial performance and provide insights to guide decision-making.
• Manage cash flow, optimize fund allocation, and ensure financial stability.

Compliance and Risk Management:

• Ensure compliance with government regulations, including SEC, BIR, and AMLA requirements.
• Implement and maintain effective internal controls and risk management systems.
• Coordinate audits and resolve audit findings.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering professional growth and accountability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business objectives.

Strategic Planning:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business expansion and sustainability.
• Assess investment opportunities and propose recommendations to senior management.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Present financial reports and insights to stakeholders, including the Board of Directors.
• Build relationships with financial institutions and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a lending or financial services environment.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine financial regulations and standards.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting tools.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php40,000.00 per month
