<Responsibilities>

• Develop and implement robust financial strategies aligned with organizational goals, emphasizing fiscal responsibility and growth opportunities.
• Oversee all aspects of corporate accounting, including general ledger management, account analysis, balance sheet reconciliation, and accounts payable/receivable processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting standards such as IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), and ASC 606 revenue recognition guidelines.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost management initiatives to optimize financial performance across departments.
• Conduct risk analysis and risk management assessments to safeguard organizational assets and ensure regulatory adherence.
• Prepare detailed financial reports, interpret complex financial data, and communicate insights to executive leadership for strategic decision-making.
• Manage treasury functions including cash flow analysis, investment management, and liquidity planning to support operational needs.
• Supervise financial software systems and ensure accurate bookkeeping, account reconciliation, and general ledger accounting practices.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes through technical accounting expertise and innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on business development initiatives, strategic planning projects, and new investment opportunities.

<Requirements>

• Proven experience in financial management roles with a strong background in corporate finance, governmental accounting, or non-profit accounting.
• Extensive knowledge of IAS (International Accounting Standards), IFRS, GAAP, ASC 606 standards, and regulatory frameworks governing financial reporting.
• Demonstrated expertise in risk analysis, risk management strategies, and compliance management practices.
• Proficiency with advanced financial software tools and systems used for balance sheet reconciliation, account analysis, and cash flow management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide teams effectively while fostering a collaborative environment.
• Excellent analytical skills with the capacity to interpret complex financial data into actionable insights.
• Exceptional communication skills for preparing comprehensive financial reports and presenting findings clearly to stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; professional certifications such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) are highly desirable. Pay: $91,348.76 - $110,011.41 per year
