Location: Makati, Philippines (Hybrid)

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, reporting, compliance, and budgeting functions for our Philippines entity. This role will play a critical part in supporting business decisions, ensuring financial integrity, and maintaining compliance with local regulations and global finance standards.

Reporting Line: Regional Finance Director / Country Manager and will collaborate closely with Operations, HR, and Global Finance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accountancy, Finance, or related field
• CPA preferred but not required
• Minimum 5–8 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role
• Strong knowledge of Philippine taxation and regulatory compliance
• Experience in multinational or shared services environment is an advantage
• Proficient in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
