Finance Manager (Food & Beverages)

Makimura Ramen Corp. continues to expand, and we are seeking a Finance and Accounting Manager who will play a vital role in enhancing our financial systems, guiding business decisions, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting across all restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and inventory accounting
• Prepare and review financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
• Ensure compliance with BIR, SEC, LGU, and other regulatory requirements
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Evaluate store performance and provide recommendations to improve cost efficiency and profitability
• Supervise, mentor, and develop the accounting team
• Liaise with external auditors, banks, and government agencies
• Strengthen internal controls and enhance accounting policies and procedures
• Provide financial insights to support expansion plans and operational strategies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field
• CPA license is an advantage but not required
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, ideally within the restaurant, retail, or FMCG industry
• Strong understanding of accounting standards, taxation, and financial reporting
• Experience managing multi-branch or multi-store operations is highly preferred
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
