FINANCE MANAGER

JOB OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance professional to manage core accounting and financial operations. This role will initially function as an individual contributor, with the opportunity to grow and lead a small team by the end of the year.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle monthly and quarterly financial filings and compliance requirements
• Manage full-cycle accounting, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports
• Oversee preparation of Audited Financial Statements (AFS) and Income Tax Returns (ITR)
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all financial records
• Utilize accounting software for daily financial operations and reporting
• Support financial planning and analysis as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3–5 years of relevant experience as a Finance Lead, Finance Officer or Finance Associate
• Strong knowledge of accounting processes, tax filings, and financial reporting
• Experience using accounting software is required
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

NICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in the healthcare or medical services industry
• Background in startup environments is an advantage
