Finance Manager / Finance Supervisor
Position Title: Finance Manager / Finance Supervisor
Department: Finance & Accounting
Reports To: Chief Operating Officer / General Manager / Owner
POSITION SUMMARY
The Finance Manager/Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the company’s financial health, ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining strong internal controls, and supporting management in operational and strategic decision-making. This role manages the finance team, supervises daily transactions, prepares reports, and ensures compliance with company policies and government regulations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Financial Management & Reporting
- Prepare timely and accurate financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
- Monitor monthly financial performance vs. budget and provide variance analysis.
- Ensure proper recording, classification, and reconciliation of financial transactions.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.
2. Budgeting & Forecasting
- Lead the annual budgeting process with department heads.
- Prepare cash flow forecasts and monitor daily cash position.
- Provide management with insights to support decision-making.
3. Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Oversight
- Supervise processing of payments, reimbursements, and supplier accounts.
- Monitor collection schedule and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Maintain clean and accurate schedules of payables and receivables.
4. Internal Controls & Compliance
- Establish and enforce financial policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with BIR, government filings, audit requirements, and deadlines.
- Safeguard company assets through proper documentation and control systems.
5. Team Leadership & Coordination
- Supervise the finance staff (accountants, bookkeepers, cashiers).
- Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching or training.
- Coordinate with operations, sales, HR, and other departments for financial needs.
6. Audit & External Coordination
- Liaise with external auditors, banks, suppliers, and other financial partners.
- Prepare schedules and documents required for external or internal audits.
7. Process Improvement
- Streamline accounting processes for efficiency and accuracy.
- Recommend automation or system enhancements to reduce errors and workload.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
- CPA is an advantage but not required.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting or finance; supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of accounting standards and government compliance.
- Proficient in Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- High integrity and strong attention to detail.
- Able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
