Finance Officer

Position Overview:

The Finance Officer manages cash flow, monitors accounts payable, oversees procurement, and handles invoice management. They will also support financial reporting, record transactions, and liaise with banks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cash Flow Management
• Accounts Payable Monitoring
• Procurement Processes
• Invoice and vendor management
• Supports in preparation of monthly and yearly Financial Books
• General Accounting
• Record Transactions
• Liaise with Banks/ vendors/ legal team/ LGUs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field with experience or background.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Familiarity with international financial regulations and compliance is a plus.
