The Finance Operations Delivery Leader is responsible for managing large-scale finance operations within a global services, shared services, or BPO environment. The role focuses on driving operational excellence, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and leading large teams across multiple locations while supporting finance transformation and process improvements.

Key Requirements:

• Strong operations delivery background within a global services, shared services, or BPO environment.
• Experience leading large-scale teams (1,000+ FTEs) across multiple geographies.
• Hands-on leadership in Finance & Accounting process delivery, including OTC, PTP, AP, GA, and related functions.
• Proven experience managing client process transitions and stabilization initiatives.
• Accountable for service delivery performance, including SLAs, productivity, quality, and accuracy.
• Strong background in process optimization, automation, and finance transformation initiatives.
• Experience managing client-facing operations, stakeholder engagement, and service governance.
• Track record in driving operational KPIs, including NPS, employee engagement, retention, and cost efficiency.
• Exposure to managing delivery portfolios tied to revenue and margin performance.

Pay: From Php400,000.00 per month
