Finance & Operations Manager
Description:

Join the Movement. Not Just a Job.

Humanity United for Equity (HUE) is redefining what community care looks like.

We believe wellness is bigger than healthcare. It includes safe housing, stable employment, quality education, nutritious food, healthcare access, and economic opportunity. These interconnected factors — known as the Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) — shape long-term outcomes for individuals and families.

We are launching with mental health and SDOH services as our foundation, while building toward a broader ecosystem that includes healthcare services, workforce development, education initiatives, food access solutions, commercial partnerships, and a signature housing revitalization initiative — restoring abandoned homes and providing affordable housing to underserved families.

Our long-term vision is to become a true one-stop hub for community wellness — built with structure, sustainability, and measurable impact. Every member of our team plays a role in advancing that vision, and at HUE, our employees are more than staff — they are Humanitarians committed to dignity, equity, and lasting community impact.

Build With Us. Serve With Purpose. Grow With Vision.

The Finance & Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing HUE’s financial processes, operational systems, and organizational infrastructure. This role ensures financial accuracy, accountability, and sustainability while supporting day-to-day operations across the organization.
