Finance Operations Specialist

Build Strong Business Relationships with Prince Retail Group

Prince Retail Group is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Business Relations Specialist to support our Cash Management team. This role is responsible for GCash account reconciliation, stakeholder coordination, cash management processes, and ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform GCash transaction reconciliation against NetSuite General Ledger.
• Respond to stakeholder inquiries regarding Statements of Account (SOA) and Service Desk tickets within agreed service levels.
• Coordinate with Accounting, Disbursing, HR, and other departments to support cash reconciliation and cash flow activities.
• Ensure accurate release of supplier checks and timely status updates.
• Monitor and maintain complete documentation for vouching and record management.
• Support cash management operations and other finance-related administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or any related course.
• At least 6 months of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in finance, cash management, customer service, or administrative support is an advantage.
