Finance Specialist

Makati City

Hybrid 3-4 Days Onsite

1-2 Days Offsite | Day Shift

QUALIFICATIONS:

-3 years proven experience as a Finance Assistant, Accounting Associate, or similar role.

-Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.

-Familiarity with accounting and invoicing tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel, Monday App).

-Knowledge of Philippine taxation and statutory compliance requirements.

-Experience working in SMEs or consulting/service firms is a plus.

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process and monitor incoming and outgoing payments,

maintain records, and ensure timely disbursement and collection.

-Invoicing: Prepare and send invoices to clients and follow up on outstanding payments.

-Finance Reporting: Assist in the preparation and consolidation of monthly financial

reports in collaboration with our third-party finance vendor.

-Vendor Coordination: Work closely with our external finance/accounting partner to

ensure all records, reports, and filings are accurate and submitted on time.

-Government Compliance: Handle annual updates and submissions for BIR, SSS,

PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and other government requirements.

-Expense Management: Track and report company and executive-related payables,

reimbursements, and operational costs.

-Documentation: Maintain organized financial records and digital filing systems.

-Support Internal Controls: Ensure adherence to internal financial policies and

procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
