Finance Specialist (Accounting Officer)

The Finance Treasury Officer is responsible for managing the organization’s cash flow, banking transactions, and financial liquidity. The role ensures that funds are available for operational needs while maintaining accurate records of all treasury activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage the company’s daily cash flow and liquidity.
• Prepare and maintain cash position reports and forecasts.
• Handle bank transactions, including fund transfers, deposits, and payments.
• Reconcile bank statements and company financial records.
• Coordinate with banks regarding account management, loan facilities, and other treasury services.
• Ensure timely processing of payments to suppliers, employees, and other obligations.
• Maintain records of financial transactions and supporting documents.
• Assist in preparing financial reports related to treasury activities.
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
• Support the Finance Manager in managing financial risks and cash management strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 1–3 years of experience in treasury, finance, or accounting (preferred).
• Knowledge of banking procedures, cash management, and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.

Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php24,100.00 per hour
