Finance Support Associate

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and analysis to support decision-making processes
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy of financial data across systems
• Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial transactions in a timely manner
• Maintain organized records of financial documents for audit readiness
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve financial processes and controls
• Monitor compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Participate in special projects related to financial analysis or process improvement as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to interpret financial data and communicate findings effectively
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial regulations
• Prior internship or work experience in finance or accounting is preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $31.88-$39.75 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
