Key responsibilities will include:
Drive execution of the Finance transformation agenda aligned to the Simplify, Streamline, Elevate pillars.
Coordinate multiple transformation initiatives spanning processes, systems, structure, and capability.
Identify and prioritise high-impact opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance insight generation.
Work with key stakeholders to ensure finance transformation aligns with broader business and technology strategy.
Facilitate end-to-end process mapping workshops across key finance cycles (e.g. month end, reporting, AP/AR, reconciliations, budgeting).
Develop and execute communication plans to build understanding and engagement across the CFO organisation.
Support change adoption by designing programs for training, coaching, and capability uplift.
Partner with IT to identify and implement automation solutions (generative AI, RPA, workflow tools etc) to improve finance processes.
Champion data-driven decision-making by improving the accuracy, timeliness, and usability of finance data.
Establish a clear governance framework and progress tracking for transformation initiatives.
Prepare and present regular updates to the CFO and key stakeholders.
YOUR BACKROUND
10+ years’ experience in finance, transformation, or process improvement roles, ideally within a complex, multi-entity, international organisation.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline.
Proven experience leading or delivering finance transformation including working with offshore shared services, process automation and applying AI in Finance.
Strong understanding of finance processes (reporting, FP&A, AP/AR, payroll, reconciliations, etc.).
Hands-on experience in process mapping, Lean/Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
Strong change management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
Experience collaborating with IT, HR, and external partners (e.g., managed service providers, auditors, or property operators).
CA/CPA or Lean Six Sigma certification desirable.
