Financial Manager

• Financial Reporting & Analysis: * Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure timely monthly/quarterly/yearly closing.
• Prepare financial statements in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).
• Taxation & Compliance:
• Manage and submit quarterly GST (Goods and Services Tax) filings to IRAS.
• Handle corporate tax computations and ensure compliance with ACRA statutory requirements.
• Budgeting & Cash Flow:
• Prepare annual budgets and monthly variance analysis.
• Monitor cash flow and working capital to ensure the company’s liquidity.
• Audit & Internal Control:
• Liaise with external auditors for year-end statutory audits.
• Develop and maintain robust internal control systems to mitigate financial risks.
• Ad-hoc Support:
• Provide financial insights to the management for business decision-making.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent.
• Professional Qualification: * CA Singapore (Chartered Accountant) or ACCA/CPA is highly preferred in the local market.
• Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
• Knowledge: * Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Xero, or QuickBooks).
• Strong familiarity with Singapore Tax Laws and SFRS.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills (English is the primary business language in SG) and a high level of integrity.
