ROLE DESCRIPTION:

We’re seeking an experienced server who doesn’t just deliver food — you curate moments. You’re articulate, composed, and thrive in a high-pressure, high-reward environment. You know how to command the room with quiet confidence and charm while anticipating every need before it’s spoken.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver refined, intuitive service that enhances the multi-course tasting experience
• Guide guests through menu items, wine, and sake pairings with knowledge and enthusiasm
• Communicate seamlessly with chefs and sommeliers to ensure exceptional flow of service
• Prepare and maintain immaculate service stations
• Perform opening and closing duties with surgical precision
• Assist in seating guests and managing reservations where needed

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Minimum 1 year of fine dining service experience (required)
• WSET Level 1 or 2 certification (or equivalent wine knowledge)
• Confident, composed, and personable presence — a natural host
• Proven ability to stay sharp under pressure
• Valid ProServe certification
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
