The Opportunity

McCallion Group is currently seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman to join our team and support the delivery of ongoing construction projects in Dublin.

What You Will Deliver

• Coordinate and supervise finishing subcontractors.
• Ensure all finishing works are carried out according to project drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Identify and manage snagging and defect rectification prior to project handover.
• Work closely with the Project Manager and Site Manager to ensure smooth site operations.
• Attend and contribute to site meetings and communicate progress updates.
• Ensure the site is kept organised and works are properly coordinated between trades.

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman or Site Foreman within construction.
• Experience managing finishing trades.
• Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations within construction.
