Fire Warden Trainer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Freelance Fire Warden Trainer to join our team at Samson Training. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive Fire Warden training courses to our clients across Ireland. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong background in fire safety and training, who is looking to work flexibly and independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality Fire Warden training sessions to a variety of clients, ensuring compliance with current fire safety regulations and best practices.
• Customize training materials to meet the specific needs and requirements of each client.
• Provide practical demonstrations and hands-on exercises to enhance the learning experience.
• Conduct assessments to evaluate participants’ understanding and competency.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fire safety legislation and industry standards.
• Ensure all training equipment and materials are prepared and available for each session.
• Provide feedback and reports on training sessions to Samson Training management.
• Support clients in developing effective fire safety plans and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Fire Warden Trainer or in a similar fire safety training role.
• Relevant fire safety qualifications (e.g., NEBOSH Fire Safety and Risk Management, Fire Warden Instructor Certification).
• Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations and best practices.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate participants from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: €140.00-€200.00 per day

Expected hours: No less than 4 per week

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Fire Warden Trainer: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Fire Warden Instructor Certificate (preferred)
