About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Machinist / Fitter & Turner to join our team. This role involves working with a variety of machines and tools to produce high-quality components. If you have a strong mechanical aptitude and enjoy precision work, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate manual machining equipment, including small and large lathes and milling machines.

• Perform fitting work as required.

• Maintain a high standard of accuracy and quality in all tasks.

• Ensure safe work practices and proper machine maintenance.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Experience with large scale manual machining (essential).

• CNC experience is advantageous but not essential.

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication skills, including the ability to understand and follow verbal instructions to a high standard

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
