As a Fixed Income Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Co-op, you will have a unique opportunity to collaborate with other members of the Financial Planning and Analysis team, Financial Data Analytics team, SLC Finance, and other SLC employees. This role reports to the Senior Director, Financial Planning & Analysis.
What will you do?
Work with Client Relations, Performance, Expense, and Financial Data Analytics teams for monthly and quarterly data and reporting, projects, and other ad-hoc activities
Integral part in preparing monthly/quarterly management reporting for key metrics for Fixed Income business including business and strategic planning
Create process documentation and investigate the build out of process efficiencies where applicable
Support other Fixed Income projects as required
What do you need to succeed?
Currently enrolled in an Accounting, Finance, Math or Business program from an accredited University; previous co-op work experience is an asset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (primarily Excel), experience with Microsoft Access and Power BI is an asset
Strong problem solving and analytical skills with high attention to accuracy and detail
Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills with a knack for building professional relationships
Self-motivated and adaptable with the ability to mange conflicting priorities independently

Salary Range
49,000/49 000 - 80,200/80 200The Base Pay range is for the primary location of the job. It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other factors. In addition to Base Pay, eligible employees participate in various incentive plans, payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance. Certain sales focused roles have sales incentive plans based on individual or group sales results.
