Job Summary:
As a Fleet Support Coordinator, you will report to the Fleet Support Manager and play a crucial role in our service team, responsible for delivering exceptional driver support, coordinating, and managing a high-quality service, maintenance, and repair program. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient operation of our fleet.
Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To:
- Input customer information into our comprehensive fleet management system.
- Efficiently process high volumes of telephone inquiries.
- Daily authorization of repairs, issuing order numbers, and agreeing on service, maintenance, and repair costs within agreed guidelines to minimize expenses.
- Organize logistics around NCT & CVRT test requirements.
- Ensure vehicle downtime is minimized, and operating costs remain within agreed budgets.
- Communicate with vehicle manufacturers and liaise with their representatives on issues determined by after-sales policy.
- Handle complaints and communications promptly, adhering to the correct policy and within agreed guidelines.
- Daily update of the database and correspondence, as well as processing maintenance invoices in our system.
- Achieve team goals and individual targets as outlined by the line manager.
What We’re Looking For
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and well-presented individual.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including fleet management software.
- Excellent numeracy and literacy skills required.
- Effective telephone communication skills with both suppliers and customers.
- Strong drive for customer satisfaction, comfortable negotiating and resolving issues with repairing service agents and internal stakeholders.
- Experience as a Service Advisor at a dealership or vehicle manufacturer is a distinct advantage.
