Floor Manager

Job Summary
The Floor Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store while delivering exceptional customer service. Duties

• Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service.
• Manage inventory effectively, ensuring stock levels are maintained and organized.
• Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and compliance with company policies.
• Train and develop staff members to enhance their skills in customer service, product knowledge, and store management.
• Communicate effectively with team members to foster a collaborative work environment.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor pricing strategies and assist in buying decisions to optimize product offerings.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store to enhance the shopping experience.

Experience

• Proven experience in a retail management role or similar position is preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Experience in inventory management and store operations is essential.
• A background in customer service with a focus on creating positive experiences for shoppers.
• Ability to train staff effectively in various aspects of store management and customer interaction.
