Floor Manager / Floor Supervisor - The Bank On College Green (4 Day Work Week)

The Bank on College Green, one of Dublin’s most iconic and historic hospitality venues, is currently seeking an experienced Floor Manager / Floor Supervisor to join our front-of-house management team. As Floor Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing daily floor operations, supporting the management team, and ensuring the highest standards of service are maintained at all times.

Role Overview:

As Floor Manager / Floor Supervisor, you will take responsibility for the smooth running of service on the floor, leading the front-of-house team and ensuring guests receive attentive and professional service throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day floor operations during service
• Lead and support the front-of-house team during busy periods
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently delivered
• Coordinate with the bar and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service flow
• Handle guest queries and resolve issues professionally
• Assist with staff training, supervision, and team development
• Ensure cleanliness, organisation, and presentation standards are maintained
• Adhere to all health & safety and operational procedures

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in hospitality
• Experience working in a busy, high-volume restaurant or bar environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to remain calm and organised during busy services
• Professional, well-presented, and team-focused
• Must currently be living in Ireland

Role Details:

• 4 shifts per week

Salary & Benefits:

• €45,000 per year
