Duties and Responsibilities

1. To ensure that safety, proper hygiene is being observe in areas of operations
2. To set good example for the staff with regard to punctuality, attendance, attitude, decision making and hygiene.
3. To take action plans in sales and marketing on how to boast outlet sales and revenue.
4. To work with Chef on the Menu, recipe and menu cycle concept and review guest's response from time to time
5. To be proactive in developing and improving product and service procedure.
