About the role:

We are seeking an exceptional leader and experienced F&B Manager.

This is a dynamic role in which you will oversee operations, manage rosters, while actively participating in shifts and ensuring seamless operations. You will bring strategic and creative thinking which will be instrumental in driving revenue.

Effective team training, coaching, and building relationships are essential to the success of this role. You will be an integral part of the hotel management team and will work closely with our Director of Culinary, Sous Chefs, Front Office, Guest Relations and Proshop teams.

The successful candidate will have:

• Inspirational leadership skills
• A background in fine dining and wine service is essential
• Minimum 5 years’ senior level experience in a similar role and management experience is essential
• Exceptional communication skills
• Strong beverage and wine knowledge
• Ability to train a team of mixed skill levels, and to manage interpersonal differences
• Impeccable personal grooming
• Knowledge and experience with Hospitality Management systems
• Proficient in understanding and interpreting financial documents
• Adaptable to guest and business needs
• Ability to handle complaints and resolve issues
• Ability to work accurately in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• LCQ certification and a Managers’ certificate are highly desirable
• Reliable, honest and engaged with excellent attention to detail
