Food & Beverage Supervisor

The Rosapenna Hotel have an excellent new vacancy for a Food & Beverage Supervisor. The Food & Beverage Supervisor will be responsible for daily operations in food and beverage departments, supervising all service periods, coordinating and managing the team as well as supporting the Heads of Department in their roles.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervising the daily operations of the Hotel.
• Experience waiting tables, taking orders, using micros, serving food and knowledge of all beverages.
• Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered.
• Ensure quality and standards are met consistently throughout the hotel.
• Anticipate guest needs, and proactively manage their expectations.
• Ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.
• Have full knowledge of all aspects of the hotel and its departments.
• Ensure H&S and Food Safety standards are maintained at all times.

Requirements:

• Must be trained in all food and beverage operations
• Excellent communication, motivation and organisation skills.
• Flexibility in day to day operations is required.
• Have previous 1+ years’ experience as F&B Supervisor.
• Have excellent attention to detail and have exceptional customer service skills
• Fluent English - both written and verbal
