Shift work: EVERY MONDAY & TUESDAY: 11H30AM to 7:15PM; WEDNESDAY either 9H30AM to 5:15PM or 11H30AM to 7:15PM; NO NIGHTS OR WEEKENDS.

Now hiring! Chachi's MARDA LOOP is a small business in SW Calgary, AB. We serve deluxe sandwiches, mac, pickles and deli items. Our focus is on providing high quality food and excellent customer service.

Looking for a mature team member, PT with fixed hours (reocurring). Must be able to reliably work fixed shifts and be comfortable to stand for long periods of time. Valid Canadian work permit required.

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, work well with a team, and enjoy working with food.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Energetic, cheerful and helpful person who works well in teams.

Uses Point of Sale system/cash register to record the order and compute the amount of the bill. Collects payment from guests and makes change.

Prepares food neatly (meat and cheese portioning, slicing vegetables and fruit), according to formula, and in a timely manner. Knife skills required for cutting vegetables.

Makes sandwiches quickly on the line and serves in boxes.

Checks products in sandwich unit area and restocks items to ensure a sufficient supply throughout the shift.

Understands and adheres to proper food handling, safety and sanitation standards during food preparation, service and clean up.

Cleans and maintains all areas of the restaurant to promote a clean image.

Provides friendly, fast and reliable customer service.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
