Food Service Delivery Driver

Duties

• Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to designated locations.
• Load and unload items, ensuring proper handling of products.
• Perform heavy lifting as required, adhering to safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery times and any issues that may arise.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including tracking and documentation.
• Assist in warehouse operations as needed, including moving inventory and organizing stock.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues.

Skills

• Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.
• Experience in commercial driving with a valid driver's license.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks.
• Familiarity with forklift operation is a plus.
• Previous warehouse experience is advantageous.
• Excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive delivery experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.20-$26.93 per hour
