Food Service Manager

Kellwell Food Management, a Correctional Food Service Provider is now hiring a Food Service Manager at the Cass County Jail located in Logansport, IN. This is a Full-Time position with benefits. We have weekly pay and the starting rate for this position is $45,000 a year.

We are looking for a food service supervisor to oversee inmates in preparing the meals for the day.

Your job duties will include, but not limited to:

• Must have reliable transportation.
• ensuring recipes are followed.
• ensuring correct ingredients/amounts are used.
• following food safety standards
• Weekly inventory
• Placing truck orders

Requirements:

• Simple computer skills
• You must be able to pass a drug test and background check

We are seeking a flexible candidate that is able to work weekends/holidays in addition if needed. Weekly pay.
