We are seeking a dynamic and experienced "Lead Foreman In-ground Pool Installation specialist" to join our team. This pivotal role involves overseeing the entire in-ground pool construction process, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. As a leader on-site, you will coordinate with employees and client's, uphold safety protocols, and maintain quality while delivering exceptional results that exceed client expectations. Your expertise in construction management and technical skills will drive project success from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all phases of in-ground pool construction, including excavation, steel reinforcement, plumbing, shotcrete application, tile setting, vinyl, and finishing work
• Coordinate with project managers, employees, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth communication and workflow
• Monitor construction site safety protocols in compliance with OSHA standards; conduct regular safety audits and enforce safety policies
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure precise execution of design specifications
• Manage project budgets by tracking costs, reviewing contracts, and controlling expenses to maximize profitability
• Conduct quality control inspections using tools such as ohmmeters and other testing equipment to verify system integrity and adherence to standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in heavy civil or residential construction management with a focus on pool or similar large-scale projects
• Supervising experience on active construction sites with strong leadership skills
• Solid understanding of contracts, project scheduling, budgeting, and construction estimating processes
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately; familiarity with construction schematics is essential
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety procedures specific to construction sites involving excavation and heavy equipment
• Strong management skills with the ability to oversee multiple teams while maintaining high standards of safety and quality
