LocaleSpark solves this by deep-linking into live Calgary event data—from the Calgary Stampede and Flames games to community festivals—to automatically generate professional, brand-accurate marketing campaigns in seconds.

Role Description

I am a technical founder who has built the Machine/MVP. I am looking for a Growth Partner to be the Fuel. This is a founding role for a hustler who wants to help launch a local tech startup from zero to one. You won't be sitting in an office and you'll be out in the Calgary community, talking to BIA managers (17th Ave, Kensington, Marda Loop), and showing local business owners how LocaleSpark saves them 10+ hours a week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Acquisition: Identify and close the first 50 Calgary-based businesses for our March 2026 launch.
• Strategic Partnerships: Connect with Calgary Business Improvement Areas (BIAs) and local chambers of commerce.
• Demo & Close: Record demos and conduct in-person walkthroughs for local business owners.
• Feedback Loop: Work directly with the technical founder to translate customer pain points into new product features in our sprint cycles.

Qualifications

• The "Hustle" Factor: You are a natural salesperson who isn't afraid of No. You love the Calgary scene and know the difference between the Beltline and Bridgeland.
• Communication: You can explain complex AI benefits in simple, small business terms.
• Support System: You are a partner and you help this startup grow we are in very early phases you will be taking on multiple hats but the payoff will be bigger.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: You don't need a manager. You see a goal (e.g., 10 sign-ups this week) and find a way to hit it.
• Analytical: You can look at our conversion data and tell me where we are losing people in the funnel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $34,191.77-$126,207.57 per year
