Four Square - Duty Manager - Full Time

Four Square Otaika is looking for a Duty Manager to join our team ASAP!

About the role:

We are looking for an exceptional Duty Manager who is a Customer Experience superstar, to lead our evening team of our community store and who can motivate, inspire and excite our team. Responsible for ensuring the customer gets a first-class experience, by ensuring an outstanding personal service at all times of the day. The role includes making sure all departments are running well while on duty, merchandising store as needed, handling customer enquiries, cashing up and closing up the store at the end of the day.

This includes managing the junior team members so that our customers receive an outstanding shopping experience, our shelves remain rotated and full, and the store a clean and safe environment for both customers and staff.

Hours available are:

Saturday - Tuesday 12pm - 7.45pm. We have an immediate start available for the right person. And flexible on hiring multiple people if all the shifts don’t work for you.

What are we looking for:

• A passion for delivering awesome customer experiences
• Ability to lift approx. 20kg’s
• Retail and/or grocery experience
• LQC and managers certificate*

Must have as part of the job:

• Valid Duty Managers certificate or 1 years retail management experience and we can support you to get your Duty Managers certificate
• Experience in management in retail (supermarket ideal)
• Exceptional customer service skills
