Fp&A Manager (Finance Manager, Global Functions)

About the Role

We are hiring an FP&A Manager to support our Global Functions — including Human Resources, Legal, and Corporate Facilities — as part of our Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis team. This role reports to the Director, Global Functions and acts as a strategic finance business partner to functional leaders across the organization.

This is a people manager role overseeing 1–2 direct reports, with scope expected to expand to a team of 3–4 in Manila over time.

What You'll Do

• Own month-end close activities: expense accruals, reclassifications, accounting treatment validation, and coordination with shared services and procurement
• Lead financial planning cycles: monthly rolling forecast, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and Long-Range Plan (LRP)
• Analyze variances vs. forecast, budget, and prior year; identify trends and recommend corrective actions
• Partner closely with Global Function leaders (HR, Legal, Facilities) to support financial decision-making and drive cost accountability
• Prepare Investment Committee review packages including project financials, business case validation, and executive summaries
• Maintain a GAAP-compliant control environment; address audit requests and perform reconciliations
• Update and maintain financial systems (OneStream, SAP)
• Develop Power BI reports and automated financial tools to provide leadership with actionable insights
• Document, standardize, and improve FP&A processes and controls
• Manage, coach, and develop direct reports

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum 7 years of FP&A experience
• Prior people management experience
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with financial planning tools (e.g., Hyperion, OneStream, or similar)
• Strong communication skills — ability to present financial information clearly to non-finance audiences
• Ability to work independently and engage senior/executive stakeholders

Preferred:

• CPA, CMA, or MBA
• Experience in a multinational or manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with SAP
• Power BI or Tableau experience
• Knowledge of SOX / US GAAP

Work Setup

• Hybrid: 3 days onsite (Manila SSC), 2 days remote
• Evening shift: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM Manila time (to align with global stakeholders)
• Minimal to no international travel required
