Freelance Ux/Ui Designer (Figma + Web Design) (Remote – Ireland-Based)

Job Summary

Little Blue Studio, an award-winning Irish design agency, is seeking an experienced freelance UX/UI & Digital Designer to support ongoing web and digital storytelling projects. The ideal candidate has strong Figma skills, excellent visual design foundations, and a portfolio demonstrating narrative-led digital work.

Key Requirements

• Strong visual design foundation (art college, digital media degree, or equivalent professional portfolio).
• 5+ years professional experience in UX/UI or digital web design.
• Expert Figma skills (components, constraints, prototypes).
• Based in Ireland for synchronous collaboration (remote).
• Portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, web design, and visual storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Design user journeys, sitemaps, wireframes, and prototypes in Figma.
• Create high-fidelity UI designs ready for handoff to developers.
• Support branding and visual identity development.
• Produce illustrations and digital assets to enhance storytelling.
• Ensure accessibility standards across all designs.
• Collaborate remotely with the creative team.

• Knowledge of WordPress or other CMS platforms.
