Our incredible, 10,000 sq. ft. facility includes giant undersea-themed play structures, and private party rooms for birthday parties and special group events.

**Job Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out.

**Duties:**

- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive

- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes

- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the resort facilities and services

- Assisting and coordinating weekend private events, ensuring all parties run smoothly

- Following all cleaning procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment

**Requirements:**

- Excellent communication skills

- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on guest relations

- Previous experience in hospitality or guest services preferred

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism

- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
