Front Desk Dental Receptionist/Korean Bilingual

Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations. Duties
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar
- Collect patient information and update records in our electronic medical records system (eClinicalWorks)
- Verify insurance coverage and assist with billing inquiries/make treatment plans
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents

Requirements
- Speak Korean and English fluently

- Previous experience as a dental receptionist (at least 1 year)
- Knowledge of dental terminology and administrative support in a healthcare setting
- Proficiency in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Familiarity with dental office operations

- Proficiency in making treatment plan
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information
